Born in the Ukraine (former U.S.S.R.), I already started my musical career when I was a young boy. First of all I played the piano, later on I started playing the saxophone.
After a very short period of time, I realized that it is my destiny to be a musician and I started studying music.
From 1986 to 1990 I studied the classical saxophone at the musical conservatory in Simferopol, Ukraine. The first step was done and I could name myself from now on “Studied Music Teacher” and my dream to become a professional musician was realized. In order to improve and extend my knowledge, I decided to pick up further studies and pass more examinations from 1994 to 1998 at the Music Conservatory in Maastricht, Netherlands. In 1998 I started studying at the well-known university of Cologne, where I live since with my wife and my sons. I finished in 2000. Nevertheless, I regularly take my private lessons with famous saxophone players and teachers to still improve my playing.
Professional experience.
Up to now, I have 20 years of professional and stage experience. Use this to your advantage for your own benefit and let me realize the musical arrangement of your event or party. Due to the very different styles of events which I already accompanied with my band over the past years, I gained a lot of experience enabling me to know quickly what kind of music is expected from your audience of me to play. And a pleased audience is a guarantee for your successful event!
Higlights.
One of the highlights of my musical career is , for sure, my appearance in the famous german tv-show “Wetten, dass…?” as well as my work with such prominent musicians like Pink Floyd, Margot Werner or Helen Schneider.
